Multi-pronged strategies to get the right product, to the right place, at the right time

Throughout the full product lifecycle, our experienced account management team work to carefully analyze, develop, and implement inventory plans with one goal in mind – to maximize sales and minimize risk. Prior to the set of each new program, our account managers works with each customer to develop a multi-pronged strategy that will ensure that the program executes flawlessly. Inventory levels for items that will be discontinued will be evaluated and a strategy developed to minimize both markdowns and unsaleable inventory. In addition, by leveraging historical sales data, a contingency plan is developed to protect new and top selling items within the assortment. With both overseas and domestic inventory storage capabilities, we are able to hold safety stock during key selling seasons. While the product is on shelf, our account managers will continue to monitor and analyze the sales and notify our customers if the current strategy needs to be adjusted.
